This is the 2nd time now that I have had problems with my appts. The first time we were not on your calendar at all, however, I had in writing the appt. date and time from secretary. Then yesterday we showed up at the time I was told 3 times our appt was at, to be told our appt was 30 min later. VERY frustrating. I have been coming to this clinic for years, so I do not wish to change, but want to communicate that I have had these conflicts.
