The hygenist was very apologetic for the long wait for the appointment. This is not normally the case when we have had appointments previously. I would have appreciated a call to inform us the appointment was running over 40min late as we could have spent our time more wisely. Very pleased with the care - thoroughly cleaning. Kind, polite, respectful towards our son.
