Beware !!! Lived at Regency at Longhill a little over a year. We have seen office staff as well as maintenance staff come and go. We dealt with severe mold on many occasions with children whom have asthma/allergies and were told it’s “normal” increase of rent with no notice despite lease terms, no upkeep of unit/property grounds a mess, no preventative Maint, lack of communication amongst office staff, any Maint request the reply was “it’s not their responsibility “ package service removed with no notice office barely open. ... read more
