I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The PT and OT were very good and polite. So was the Social Worker who helped us out. Some of the nurses were not very attentive until I filed a written complaint. The kitchen did not meet our request on the type of foods my 95 year old mother could not eat, (after talking with them three different times). Plus they missed giving her dinner twice.
