On the 10th or 11yh I left a message to change my 10/13 app to a later date. No feed back from light rx. From my understanding I signed up 11 sessions. So far only 7. I understand the Grand Office is short personal so maybe that is why I’m being cut short. I don’t feel like I’ve got the results I expected for the amount of money I’ve spent.
This entire office is not professionally confident. The technicians are still in training and the 1 and only experienced technician does not perform the services to its ability. It's a scam so you spend more money! This office, the office manager, and all three technicians performed services with broken equipment. Equipment (Legacy) was not maintained nor repaired for over 8 weeks. No one from the regional office calls you back. Reported to BBB and Attorney General's office. This office is a scam!
