I think this place is Amazing the staff is caring and make you feel at home. I would Definitely Recommend this place! I was reaching Menapause and weight gain was Hormonal and Genetic. My recent experience with LightRx has been horrible. When I went to them it was great then I started with the a membership and then another membership for *** first 3mo weight came off fast but i was locked in a 6mo commitment ok but the company did a rebrand and corporate office went in an cancel all memberships without knowledge sent in a email to all clients especially in ********* ********* stating it wouldn't charge then they charged me even though they wasnt I told them I couldn't take anymore GLP because now im underw... read more
Most of the staff is friendly except the receptionist that thinks she's a Barbie! I went there for ***** and 2 weeks later left eye was drooping badly. So I called they had me come in for a touch up. Still have a drooping eye. I would not recommend this place.
LightRX in **************, ** ************ is a complete fraud! I have so many complaints that I don't know where to begin. The service does not work and I have been trying to reach out to them (I spoke to them twice) over a dozen times over the last 4 months and not one phone call back. I prepaid for a laser lipo treatment series on my abdomen — after rethinking my decision and taking a moment to review my interaction and experience during my consultation with LightRx and researching industry pricing standards, this purchase just felt very wrong and not to mention HIGHLY overpriced. This place is a total rip-off. I was told after asking directly yes we can treat you fat. Then I was told, once I complained halfway through, that there was no change, that my satisfaction was their priority, and that they would not be done until I was completely satisfied. They also assured me that they would follow up with me. Well, none of that happened. And I am still paying off the over $3,000.00 plus dollars they charged me for nothing.
