Region Energy has 3 layers of service: 1) Service Representative - 1st in line. The best people here but have no say about any pricing questions. 2) Service Supervisor - 2nd in line. I'm not sure what they do here. 3) Field Supervisor - 3rd and final in line. The person "Out in the field" who can "negotiate" costs, but will never call you back. We had a service contract and Region Oil charged $313.00 for service without us having any inking that we'd have to pay for this service. The technician should've made us aware if indeed this was true. I called the service manager countless times without a response; when he finally did respond, he was generous with his words, and his explanation for why this happened was totally unsatisfactory.
This company only cares about money not customers. I was scheduled for an AM appointment, due to their inconvenience they did not show up until 6:00 PM. I had to take a day off work for no legitimate reason. When calling on phone long wait times. $ before customers. It would be zero stars but if you do not rate u cannot post
Called around February 22 to inquire about purchasing a 420lb propane tank. After a significant amount of run around where they would not provide a ballpark price over the phone, they said that a propane team member would call me back within 2 business days. It’s been nearly 3 weeks and still waiting for a call. Looks like I’ll be purchasing my tank elsewhere.
Like so many others, I would leave zero stars. Region has left my sister and brother-in-law, ages 73 & 75 respectively, without heat for a week now. 5 years ago Region installed a new furnace. There have been problems with it from day one. Not one winter has passed without problem after problem. Now Region has stopped responding entirely. Can anyone put there help them?
