An oil delivery at the end of April. When oil is not needed an the prices are so high is not appropriate. It happens yearly with our delivery and especially now with the prices where they are, it is not very costumer friendly.

Not happy I had to wait till Monday to fix my hot water problem.It is just unecceptable.

Great response when I called for service. The technician was at my door within an hour, and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. I’ve been a Region Energy customer for 39 years total between this house and a former house, and I wouldn’t go with anyone else.
