RecommendedI would personally like to thank the staff (receptionist, nurses, doctors, therapists, dieticians, and case manager) at HealthSouth for their care for my grandmother. My grandmother had a stroke and received rehabilitation at HealthSouth for three weeks. During the course of her stay, I could tell the staff and doctors really wanted what was best for her. After 7 phone calls and messages left yesterday I’m still waiting for Dr Scott to call me regarding discharge of my 95 year old Mother. She came to the Newnan, GA location after a back fracture surgery. The receptionists, PT & OT therapist, pharmacist and a few nurses have been very supportive and helpful in my Moms care. Unfortunately Mom got cold in the middle of the night after waiting with the nurse button on for over 30 minutes. Mom got up to reach a sweater and fell.
