Caring doctors and staff
The Covid protocols were great. Staff was nice and welcoming. I was the last appointment of the day and waited a long time both in the waiting room and in the exam room. Spent a lot more time waiting than with the doctor.

I've never found in-person visits to be timely (always end up in the waiting room far beyond my appointment time) and now the same thing happened with my first tele-appointment. Dr was 20 minutes late. Also, when I called to ask about a tele-appointment instead of my scheduled in-person appointment for my annual exam so I could get my birth control prescription refilled, I was told that was fine. Everyone who works at the Falls Church office is incredibly kind, knowledgable, and patient. The receptionist, the nurses, and the doctors are all such amazing people. I have never had such a great experience at a doctor’s office. They never make me feel rushed like many other doctor’s offices tend to do. They all take the time to listen to me and they’re always smiling. I will continue to come to this office even if I move away from the area because I have been so impressed with the people who work here. Thank you.
