Everyone, the front desk associates, sonographer, nurse and Dr. Jacob, is professional, considerate and knowledgeable. I appreciate the attention and care as an individual and not just another patient. Thank you! I decided to come to this practice because of my past experience with Dr. Heather Johnson 26 + years ago because of her knowledge, competence, care and compassion. The doctors are excellent, and overall I’ve had a very good experience. the receptionist could be more courteous in her interactions with patients.

My visit went very well, I was worried because I have United Healthcare as my insurance and have been hearing that United Healthcare is claiming they won’t cover to the John’s Hopkins hospitals where the Doctors at Reiter Hill treated me before. I felt taken care of she let me know they are working with the plan currently and I would be updated. The care team was great, I was being seen for a stressful situation and they all made me feel well taken care of. I was seen on time and everything went smoothly!

The office staff at this practice was very friendly My provider Dr Kwaider was very efficient , friendly, and took care of my concerns I would recommend this practice for gynecological issues

Excellent in check in and quick visit with not too much waiting. Friendly and knowledgeable. While I appreciate the efficiency, at the same time the visit itself felt a bit hasty though being friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.
