Dr Johnson was great!
The most important reasons for my score are the request for social distancing, the use of masks, and the easily-perceptible compassionate nature of Samantha Wilson as a provider in my experience at the practice.
Nurse was friendly, pleasant, efficient. Dr. Johnson was pretty much on schedule. Front desk receptionist seemed new and less competent than other staff.
Professionalism.
Reliability. I am a long-term patient and do feel I can rely on you.
