Friendliness and trustworthy
Dr. McFrisky quickly took care of me when I was told at the front desk on arrival that my appointment was cancelled, which I did not. The front desk also told me a disturbing comment that there is no online appointment scheduling, which there is. It sounded to me they say whatever, facts or non facts, in a straight face. They are not helpful but the doctor is extremely nice and capable.
Dr. Ashley Smith is one of the few doctors who have listened to me and my health issues and properly had a game plan to help me get better.
The excellent treatment by my nurse practitioner during my exam. She was patient with me and very caring. She makes me feel extremely comfortable.
I felt very safe going into the office.
