I have always (40+ years!) really loved this practice, although the location is not very convenient for me anymore. The staff is courteous and seems to be providing good care in spite of the covid-19 restrictions, which currently make Dr/Pt relationships awkward, to say the very least

The woman who checked us in was so friendly and welcoming. This helped us (my daughter and I each had an appt.) to feel more comfortable during the start of our re-entrance to doctor’s office visits. The nurse and Doctor Johnson were also excellent and we felt very comfortable that we were being protected from Covid-19. The only negative I have to say is that we had to wait over an hour for our 4 pm and I would have much rather waited in my car and been called up a few minutes before Dr. Johnson was available.
Everything was wonderful, fast service, thorough appointment and very professional.
My doctor (Dr. Heather Johnson) is terrific, but your front desk (Chevy Chase) could be friendlier and cheerful, and your billing department could be easier to work with and not make everything so complicated, uncoordinated, and uncooperative
The doctor is efficient and personable.
