Jade stone wire didn’t work. Follow up to fix problem was fast efficient, very prompt and professional. Didn’t feel there should have been a $100 delivery charge for the chair however

So far I am happy with the chair. My biggest complaint is: the chair is so heavy I cannot move it even an inch. Forget about inserting batteries to be prepared for a power outage!

Great customer service. I was told to get a sleeping wedge & this store was recommended by my doctor. The owner waited on us & explained why the bigger wedge was better than a smaller narrower one. I have pretty severe GERD (severe heartburn & vomiting). The first night on the wedge made an incredible difference! I now can sleep without fear of having a GERD attack. Thank you Relax The Back!

Great info and customer service. Only issue was during delivery as they dropped the chair and one leg got scratched.
