I have never complained nor posted something like this in Facebook nor anywhere else EVER before and want to share a really bad experience I just had @ the Relax the Back store, so that no one else goes through this similar terrible experience (again). My chair was to take 4 weeks, instead it was 8 weeks. When I asked if they would do anything for the inconvenience, they said no because it was the manufacturer fault not theirs. I feel they represented the manufacturer & that was not a good customer service comment. I was looking at a matress & a whole office set up with the products they offered but with that customer service, I’ll take my chances with someone else.

I am sorry to say that we were very disappointed in the customer service that we received. Communication wasn't there on your end. I had to reach out instead of being called. We could have gotten through the issue quicker if it would have been communicated. Therefore it took longer for the client to receive.

Had to call the store to find out when chair would be delivered & the store had no idea it hadn't been delivered and this was about a week after promised date. My credit card had already been charged even though chair had not been delivered

Went in to this store - believe on New Year's day. Called they were open. Arrived, sales person never moved from behind the desk; never assisted us. Was there for a pillow. Laid on a few. Chose one and now its part of the pillow graveyard of pillows we no longer use. Because its not refundable, waste of money. Not going back here.
