I purchased the Super Nova last Year. I spent over nine thousand dollars. BUT WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU IS THAT WHEN YOUR CHAIR BREAKS OR NEEDS SERVICE THEY RUN ALL TYPE OF GAMES AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR CHAIR FIXED. NOW ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS AND THE CHAIR IS SITTING BROKEN IN A CORNER IN MY HOUSE. BUT. TODAY IVE SPOKEN WITH MY ATTORNEY AND IM GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS

My experience with the store was exceptional, however my experience with the unprofessional delivery of my item left a lot to be desired and was not the expectation or professional service I received in the store. I hold the store accountable from the sale to the delivery (cradle-to-grace) therefore my rating reflects a bad, horrible 2 day delivery experience. If I could I would rate the stores as a 5 along with the manager and associates however I would rate the delivery as a 0.

The employee who sold me the Perfect chair was very knowledgable in explaining all the recliners. The only problem was that although she sent instructions about furniture that had to be moved when the chair was delivered, the deliverymen hadn't received the instructions. I had paid an extra $75 for their additional work. They were very nice and did what I asked anyway. I gave them a tip since I didn't know whether they would receive any of the $75 extra I paid beyond the regular $75 delivery charge.

First I was sold a chair that had a hole in it, and it wasn't disclosed. 2nd. the replacement chair was defective and had to be repaired after 3 weeks, once repaired it still had the same problem. Leon, did stand up and made things right within his control.
