I bought a zero gravity recliner quite a while ago from relax your back and now want to move it from one room to another. I came to ask how to disassemble and move it. Evan helped to find out what model it might be, printed out the instructions and gave me a contact info of delivery company just in case if I want them to take care of it. I am so happy with the customer service. I even stayed extra while to look at other stuff to buy just because the customers service Evan gave. Thank you!
