my only comment is you need to know your customer... I work for an orthopaedic home health company, have had back issues for way too long, have numerous "things" to help with sitting at a desk, I wanted a chair that was adjustable in the seat depth and it would have been better had the sales people heard me when I said all I wanted was the chair, not to go thru every section of the store...

Robin was a wonderful help. I truly felt like she cared most about helping me out with my chronic pain, not like some salespeople who just want to push sales. She helped me pick out the right items and it has vastly improved my sleep and my chronic pain has almost gone away entirely and should continue to improve. She also gave me lots of other tips to improve posture, especially at my desk job. I had a wonderful experience at this store and would go back. I am extremely happy with my experience!

We went in to buy a chair to keep my father in law safe. They were so helpful it didn’t even hurt that much to spend $3000 on a chair that I’ll never get to sit in
