2 Stars -- We bought a set of cushions(5) to aid sleep with a neck/back injury. The set arrived with covers for the 4 smallest cushions, but none for the main support cushion. If we had known this in advance, we would not have ordered this product.

The support cushion lies behind the others so you are correct, there is no case for that support cushion - however - our goal is your satisfaction and we won't rest till we have provided what you need. Customer service very good. The chair itself is not as comfortable as I expected it to be. Although I am only 5'5", my feet hang over the edge of the foot rest. The head rest is, likewise, not comfortable. It is quite difficult for me to find a comfortable position. The massage is not at all relaxing. Overall, I think the chair is very overpriced and not what it is purported to be. I would not recommend its purchase. I may seek another chair to replace this one. A VERY expensive mistake.

It was a great experience. Unfortunately, the shoulder support I purchased for my husband did not work with his implant, I had to return it and the return was smooth and without hassel. I look forward to a return visit in the future.
