I visited 2 different stores about 4 times before I decided to buy my chair. They didn't have the exact model of chair I wanted in either store. I took a chance and spent nearly $3000 on my chair. When it was delivered, the guy was here for not more than 15 minutes. He showed me a few controls to move to get the different functions, but he did not show me all, and he left me with a booklet he said would explain more. I do love my chair.However the men who work there are quite rude.The first man I ordered the chair from lied about the delivery date to make the sale.I was originally told one week .It was three.He didn't seem to like his job and was perturbed when he had to do a little extra work on the computer.I would have bought the chair anyway whether it was one week or three.The product is wonderful customer service poor.
