Had the sonata in for an engine belt and a bad tensioner pulley. Reliable had the car for almost two weeks, no call from service. Called Friday of the second week, no return call. Same on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Left a message with Service Manager and car was finished to pick on Thursday. Reliable used to have really good service, not any more.
