Great service and Danny is so helpful! I must tell you that recently I had several warning lights come on during a trip to Louisville, KY. Starlink was no help; will not be renewing that. I called Springfield Subaru and asked if Danny could call me back at his earliest convenience. He was a life-saver! He told me why I didn't need to panic (and what to watch for). He told me to go to Auto Zone for diagnostic. My trip with friends would have been ruined without him. I am so grateful for his help.

The young guy who helped me was very friendly and professional. This review is about how long it took for the service. I was told 2 hours but when I called 4 hours later to get an update, nobody knew when it would be done and nobody knew who to talk to to find out. That was frustrating. The staff were very friendly, though, and I really appreciate that.
