I had trouble with the AC the service advisor looked at the ac prior to going in and told me what I was doing wrong, he saved me a 1-200Dollar service I didnt need yet, I am super happy

So much for an appointment, too busy not enough help to maintain appointment time. Service writer did great job keeping me posted and was very apologize for taking so long.
The service team and customer service are top notch.
Service staff are all professional. The manufacturer's Immobility Security update was nicely done. The only negative, the rear brake pads were measured as to need replacement very soon, which they offered to do that day or to schedule the repair. This recommendation didn't make sense given recent checks by my usual car service company, which recently replaced the front brake pads and rotors; however, the rear pads had no pending need. Subaru completed the oil changed and tire rotation on time. However, they added a fuel injector treatment that I did not agree to. I use gasoline with a top of the line fuel injector cleaner that is above EPA minimums. I don't need any more cleaner. I questioned whether I needed a brake fluid change. All of my other cars have never had a brake fluid replacement until later in the life of the car (range 100,000 miles).
