Every day I got notice from shop explaining where they were in my repairs and informed on time line to when it should be finished.

Almost everything went great. I was a little disappointed that they had erased all our service records since we bought the truck from Reliable in 2016 and only had it serviced there. My husband passed in 2021 and the pickup mostly sat in the garage since then and I forgot to service it. I was depending on those records to know what to do.
