I received excellent service for my Nissan. I was very happy with the staff member I interacted with. He explained what was being done. I was told before arriving by another staff member I would received a complimentary oil change. David explained that while my vehicle did not fit the terms of that promotion, he would request approval to authorize it due to what I was told. I was extremely impressed he took this extra step, and very grateful. I will keep coming back!
