Every person I had contact with were friendly, very helpful, professional and knew the cars they were selling. Buying a used car is not for the faint of heart, but they made the experience very do-able! They gave me a copy of the Carfax and all service records for the cars I looked at. Jacob Cole was an awesome salesperson!

What I was told would take about an hour to an hour and a half ended up taking all day. Still having problems with the car.
