Initially thing seemed really good but I noticed that Emilio was being teased by his coworkers because he was not “as fast” as they were. As a customer, when coworkers tease each other it’s a little uncomfortable but when they start to do this kind of teasing, it’s very awkward and shows a lack of maturity.
