I just don't think that a transaction, like buying a new vehicle, could have gone any better. Ethan Podhajecki is one of the best in the business. It's hard to find good customer service anymore, but Reliable Chevrolet has it down to a science. Flawless transaction. The Finance Manager was deeply knowledgeable, as well. He didn't try to pressure me into buying something I could not afford. However, I chose the GAP. That was important to me.

Jesse was very considerate and treated us as friends rather than customers. I wish all salesmen were this easy going. He found what we were looking for in a timely manner and took into consideration our concerns. He knew we had a long drive ahead of us and even checked up on us via text and offered assistance every step of the way. We will be back for our future purchases.
