The technician did a great job on our truck. Our truck transmission is running great. I was a little concerned that Ryan when I called to check if our truck was ready, did not answer my call I left him a message to call me. I did not hear back from him at all.

They don't really pay attention to what you are wanting done. They assume other people will complete a certain task and then it doesn't get done. It seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
