Initially thing seemed really good but I noticed that Emilio was being teased by his coworkers because he was not “as fast” as they were. As a customer, when coworkers tease each other it’s a little uncomfortable but when they start to do this kind of teasing, it’s very awkward and shows a lack of maturity. Once I left and waited for my vehicle to be serviced, I was updated multiplex times which was great so kudos to Emilio for that. Once I picked up my car I noticed my lanyard was missing.
