First experience here. While it was clean, comfortable, and professional I was underwhelmed at how slow the service was. I understand service writes have very little control of the mechanics in the back, but when quoting a time for an oil change to be complete should be more accurate. He said one hour to an hour and a half. It took two and a half hours for the oil change. They did offer a complementary shuttle ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Aaron was very informative and helpful. My wife and I both have mobility issues, Aaron was considerate and slowed his pace to match ours, which is a rare thing these days. Everyone we met at Reliable Chevrolet was polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable about their job. It was a breath of fresh air!
