In 1988 I bought a 1988 silverado before I left Albuquerque I loved that truck have bought 10 more sense then when back in town I always use Reliable for service.

Had a scheduled appointment for 8AM but when I arrived they said that there were no appointments scheduled. However the service attendant got me scheduled and oil change was completed just under 2 hours. Seems to be an issue with online scheduling or some other issue.

Aaron Williams was very knowledgable and informative about the service and all questions I had. The work was done in the estimated time frame and I was on my way. I do have one question. I live 100 miles away. If I need a software update that takes 4 to 6 hours to do, do I have any options other than to just sit there and wait? Such as a loner vehicle to go get something to eat.
