Ben was very helpful in setting up appointment and getting us in the vehicle we wanted.
My only experience is with gem is buying my car. The car wasn't detailed very well. My salesperson mislead me. I had to go back to the dealership to get my final paperwork/ contracts which were supposed to be emailed to me. I was never offered a tour of the dealership. No one contacted me when my plates and registration were ready. In general, my experience was subpar even for the car business which says a lot.

My salesman was Darien. I found him & the manager most helpful. They’re really bent over backwards to get me the best possible deal. Best dealership experience I have ever had. Very happy with the truck, which is a 2018 1500 Silverado.
I recently made an appointment for an oil change. I took the vehicle in and was advised that it may take 2 hours. 2 hours later I noticed my vehicle was still outside in the yard, so I pointed that out to the service advisor. He promised the vehicle in 30 minutes. It took an hour. Three hours for an oil change is excessive. On the up side, I was was not charged for the oil change. I did not expect anything like that. Roberto was very clear and helpful with understanding the process of buying a new car and with it being my first car purchase I was very pleased to have him working with me. I would highly recommend Roberto to any of my colleagues who are in the market for a new vehicle.
the dealership was welcoming and friendly, Darien never put any pressure on us to force a deal and was understanding while we had issues as well as being able to laugh with us
