The service advisor Ryan Pierce made this experience great, very helpful and understanding. Went out of his way to help us out.
My oil change took almost 3 hrs I don’t understand why, at my dealership back home it takes 30 minutes on average.

I think the service is ok. But the criteria to get oil change - you have to have so many miles or time. That happened with long trips.
