Service was good,however, we took it in for a recall which we found is still unresolvable. Then we find that it had another recall that we were unaware of--fuel injection issue. It was resolved in a timely manner.

It was okay The service center was extremely busy and needed more employees. Reliable should hire more employees to intake s as well as do the work on the vehicles.

Justin had a great personality and is really dedicated to his customers, definitely a value I haven't seen in a good while, although while i am fairly new to purchasing vehicles with his help i was able to find a reliable vehicle, i thank him dearly for taking the time of day to walk me through the process and held to the reliable promise to help me find a very reliable vehicle.
