Dealership was easy to access via their website. Navigation was easy and so was sending an inquiry. Brad Smith called me and engaged me several times in an attempt to find a vehicle I may be interested in. Although I did not end up buying from this dealership. In a world where no one calls back anymore they did exceptional.

Every is very friendly. They have an excellent selection of trucks to choose from and a number of different colors.

On 6/2/23 we dropped our car off at the service department. While waiting for our ride back to Grants, we decided to look at prices on new vehicles. There were several that caught our eye. we came back the next day intending to purchase a new car. We were shown several and decided on a 2024 Trax. We were offered a fair trade in price and paid cash for the balance. Our sales rep was knowledgeable and understood our needs. This car is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from Reliable Chevrolet.

I found Roberto online via Facebook and originally was looking for my cousin and he was saying everything that I personally wanted so I came to give it a go and he put me up in a brand new vehicle still helped me keep my 3rd row while still giving me a fast car. I'm a mommy but not a slow one!! I'd recommend ANY BODY to come see this guy. He himself is kind and thoughtful considerate and truly kept my needs and wants as a priority.
