Mel was very helpful throughout the process and explained things with detail. He made us feel comfortable at all times, we appreciate everything he did. He also made us feel welcome and comfortable asking any questions we had. We are also very thankful for him speaking Spanish as my husband was able to address any questions in his language without a problem or need of a translator.

Diego was very knowledgeable and helpful on all aspects of the vehicle and sale. He was proactive is his engagement with updates and status of the vehicle throughout the build and was quick with follow up emails, phone calls, and text messages. I have already made recommendations to others for vehicle purchases. His knowledge of the vehicle was noticed by myself and a friend during his walk around of my vehicle.
