I'm brand new to New Mexico and I unexpectedly had to buy a car right after my move. This was my first car and I wanted to get a car I truly. Ben's customer service was over and beyond! This was my first experience purchasing a car and Ben made this process as easy as possible!

Bryan was very helpful, kind, and very professional. He greeted me with a big smile. He went out of his way to help me get into a Equinox, 2020. He was going back and fourth reporting everything I submitted to him. It took almost all day. But, it was worth the wait. I brought my Equinox home. His was very talkative and wants to know you. I felt like being part of the Reliable Chevrolet family. Thank you Bryan Sanchez.

Una persona muy amable, muy profesional y sobretodo un carácter muy lindo muy entregada a su trabajo fue lo que nos motivó a cerrar el contrato de la troca cuídenla mucho pocas personas como ella con atención y servicio al cliente
Business response:
¡Gracias por sus comentarios positivos!
Dealership was easy to access via their website. Navigation was easy and so was sending an inquiry. Brad Smith called me and engaged me several times in an attempt to find a vehicle I may be interested in. Although I did not end up buying from this dealership. In a world where no one calls back anymore they did exceptional.
Business response:
