Great experience I have purchased many trucks over the years, but I was especially pleased with my experience at Reliable Chevrolet. My worked mostly with Raul and he was knowledgable on all aspects of GM trucks, but was not pushy. In the end, I felt he worked hard to get me a price I could live with. He also kept all his promises throughout the deal. I highly recommend this dealership and would buy another truck from Raul.

Rich Difino Rich has always been very helpful to me. As a former employee of the dealership I thought that the service from him would drop but he has continued to be awesome. Finding a good salesperson who had a positive attitude. My wife and I were looking for a used SUV that was big for taking grandchildren and their friends to events. We just happen to see that Reliable Chevrolet was open on a Sunday, and stopped in. The salesman that greeted us was Brandon Pallottino. Service Richard always goes above and beyond every time I bring my truck in for service. Today was no exception; after overhearing that another service member was unable to replace my brake light bulb he proceeded to replace the bulb himself and then walked me through the inspection of my truck (my truck had just been in an accident over the weekend). Service Advisor Richard DiFino was Outstanding - 5 Stars ! Service Advisor Richard DiFino's attention to detail and his efforts to adjust around my hectic schedule to accomplish a repair on a state fleet vehicle were outstanding in every respect. He is truly a consummate professional and a credit to the Reliable organization. And the young man who washed my car after servicing, Marcus, did an first rate job getting all of the bugs off the grill of the car.

Rich Difino did an excellent job taking care of my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in for a vibration. I explain to Rich what kind of problem I was having. He expedited my vehicle as soon as possible because I had an appointment to make later that day. I was very happy with my service.

Rich Difino I have been going to Reliable Chevrolet for years and Rich Difino has always been there to greet me. Its always good to see a familiar face when I drive in. Great car buying experience and customer satisfaction Employees at Reliable Chevrolet took the time and effort to ensure all questions I had were answered in regard to the vehicle purchasing and warranty process.
