We were returning to Phoenix at the end of a six thousand mile trip, when I needed to have my diesel truck fuel filter changed. We went into the service dept to get a second key for our Aveo. It is the second new purchase with Reliable. Rich Di Fino as always was on top of our situation and letting us feel as though we were the only customers in the place. We are quite confident when dealing with Rich. I first took my vehicle to Galles Chevrolet, and after recieving HORRIBLE customer service, and after being told it would take about two hours to get my oil changed, even with my four children with me, I promptly left.
