I had to take my Equinox EV to Reliable Chevy because the GPS was not working. I worked with Michael Davis. The technician identified the issueit was a problem with the OnStar module. Michael immediately ordered the necessary parts, which arrived within a few days. He contacted me to schedule a follow-up appointment. The follow-up visit went very smoothly as well. He kept me informed about the progress and estimated time of completion throughout the process. He was very professional and caring.
