The staff was very friendly and courteous. They analyzed the problem and gave us the approximate time the part would arrive in the new year. As always, we were treated with respect.

It took a lot longer. They didn't tell me about what was going on with the service light. And after waiting a long period of time and leaving I realized my service light was still on and call. And was told I would have to come back for that.

Good, fast service. Said 3-4 hours so I took shuttle home. Then it was ready in 1:15 so I should've waited.
