Had appointment set prior to arrival. Bill Mullens my Service Bay Advisor was highly professional; got all the planned service points completed on time and with no surprises at the cashier desks either. Cant say enough about Bills help and the Reliable team in general including the Courtesy Car Drivers who were polite and drove safely to and from my pick up points. Well done by all.
