Excellent service and great customer service
New to this dealership and this was my first service on my new Silverado. They were very fast, friendly and washed my truck too and it looked great.
They diagnosed the problem and I was able to verify it was warranty work with a different shop. Excellent service by Gary!
Great service. Made an appointment for an oil change for the following day. Showed up at 7:45AM, turned over keys, and Wes given a ride to work. They called when it was ready and came and picked me up at work. I paid the receptionist and drove my clean car (they washed it!) back to work.
The service was great and they even gave my truck a good wash when they were done!
They always get me in right away and my car is running great.
The dealership is named Reliable for a reason. Very satisfied. Would refer anyone to visit.

Good, not great. The pre-owned sales associate kept the car for me while I was unable to come in due to COVID-19, which I understand was not their normal policy, and I appreciate that. When I was physically there, everything was fine, but did not meet my expectations for great customer service before and after my visit. He was slow to return calls, and never returned emails. I had an issue with the car on the way home from the dealer, and no one returned my calls about that.
