Basically, we wanted new hardwood floors in our house and this was the only place that had hardwood floors that matched our existing hardwood. We were excited that they had something like that so we decided to go ahead and order our estimate. The lady that came to our house was nice, she gave suggestions on what services we would need, what the process is going to be like, and etc. She was very thorough with her explanations. My clients are an elderly couple who don't get online so I'm writing this review for them. About 6 months ago they had their living room carpet removed and replaced. The cost was about $2,000.00. The carpet is beautiful but the damage done to the hard wood baseboards is absolutely atrocious and very visible throughout the entire room. I'm posting pics of the damage and another one as an example of what they looked like before. The employee caused the damage while using a tool that helped place the carpet. We have used Reliable Floor Coverings Inc in Edmonds 3 times in the past month. The in store personnel Chris & Amanda were friendly & helpful as we tried to decide on what we wanted & they have flooring samples to take home. Joe who came out to measure & do the bids was on time, friendly, asked pertinent questions and the bids accurately reflected what was to be done. They gave me an ETA on the flooring shipment of about 3-4 weeks out and gave me a happy update after 2 weeks that it was expected early☺️. Very professional, responsible and cheerful every time I called for an update. My only ask is that they tell clients ahead of time about their 2-1/2% up charge if using a credit or debit card. I would have brought my checkbook, if I had known it would save me ~$100.
