Too much paperwork for a cash transaction. Going to different buildings to complete it was inconvenient. Staff was friendly and courteous.

From start to finish Jeff was excellent to work with. He respected our choice to wait until new year to make our purchase and did not barrage us with calls/texts/emails. As this was my car we were purchasing he did not defer to my husband. He spoke to me. And I hope I conveyed to Jeff how much I appreciated that. Our overall satisfaction is definitely 5 star. Our past experiences at this dealership have been bad. We decided to try one more time. This time was much much better. Noah (sales rep) and Gerson (finance) were fantastic! Thanks to Richard (sales mgr) for his leadership and support. Everyone from Richard to the daily driver were very polite, professional and made us feel at ease. I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz 3 weeks ago and had an absolutely amazing experience with Reliable Hyundai. My sales advisor, Noah Waller was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my vehicle purchase process. When I picked up the vehicle, he took his time to walk me though all the safety, vehicle operation, and media features which i found impressive. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The temp outside was 100 degrees, but everyone was alert and upbeat. Our contact person, Bryon Edgerton was on the ball from start to finish. He was so pleasant and patient in showing us all the buttons and knobs of the car's dashboard. One can tell that he really knows his stuff.
