2016 Hyundai Sonata SE Absolutely the most pleasant experience we've ever had in buying a vehicle (and we've bought quite a few)! No pressure, thoroughly honest. We did lots of online and phone legwork prior to our decision to purchase and they offered the best deal for the car we wanted and then followed through when we came to buy. All three employees that we worked with - initial phone service, salesman, and finance - were wonderful.
No review I completed the survey. this is redundant as I have already stated the dealership is excellent. You need to work on this section instead of making a person return to it to add words.
Service Recently purchased a 2012 Tucson and it had a tire sensor light issue, Misty Swank was quick to get me in for service and had me a rental ready to go so I was in and out. She kept me in the loop with the process as well as Adam and I was able to get back in my SUV in a timely manner.
Things get better I attempted to buy a Sonata at this dealership 5 years ago and had one of the worst buying experiences of my life. It was so bad I would not even consider going back to this dealership. We moved closer and I decided to give them a shot before I went back to my other dealers. This time it was the total opposite. Great experience Traded two of my cars for two used. Reliable Imports had a few options for us to choose from and we worked out a great deal. In and out in a few hours. Very pleased. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a used car in the Springfield MO area.
