Walked in the door and Ken greeted my wife and I. He has treated us very well during our sales process. Mark was also able s to show me a lot of the new features in my tx!

Met Drew L at Toyota, and eventually made our way back to Lexus. He kept in contact with us periodically. Initially the Lexus vehicle we wanted had a scratch, but we ended up eventually getting the model we wanted. Your finance department honestly took too long to wait on. But Drew and Mark were very nice to work with. Overall the experience was great!

Today was the best day EVER! !!!! Finally picked up my car ( IS350 FSport)!!! It was quite a journey for me, a year + months and it was all worth it thanks to Chad Betzler!!! I came in with no concept of what I wanted. I decided to go with what I had before. Kery was a very intent listener and heard about everything I wanted and got me exactly that, beside the color haha.
