Service takes too long and they don't call you when your vehicle is ready.
I've been going to Reliable fir service for 6 yrs. They keep changing the system. Very confusing for me, as an old person.
Meet with John. .very friendly & patient. Took awhile. My suggestion..get your client to start with needed documentations..etc & process take shorter time..just saying
The service agents are very courteous, and keep customers abreast of the status of their vehicles being serviced.
Experience was good but I did have 2 issues I did not like. First I arrived and my car was done and parked so I decided to look around the lot for a bit but no call like 45 minutes later, so I went to service desk and they didn't know why no one contacted me that my car was ready. So I don't know how long it was parked there, ready. Second my car was not washed which they usually do as a courtesy.
I truly believe that service is about relationships. I had a great experience. I felt valued as a customer. Josh McCracken created an awesome experience for me. I was feeling discouraged and what he said inspired me. Prior to coming I was thinking about going somewhere else to get an oil change. It’s because of Josh I’m glad I had my services at Reliable Nissan. I’m now going to come to Reliable Nissan for my oil changes because of Him.
Eventhough Rick was super busy and alone, he let me know that he was aware I was waiting. He was pleasant and respectful.
Explain and deliver what is needed in your vehicle with a good attitude. They also make sur that all conserns are heard.
Really nice and we’re super helpful. They knew exactly what they were doing. They were quick to make my next appointment
